Kathy's Cresent Cookies aka Italian Wedding Cookies

1/2 Ib. Butter
1 cup Ground Almonds
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups sifted Flour
3/4 cups Powdered Sugar

Work Butter until soft, add Nuts, Vanilla, Flour and Sugar into dough.
Handle dough in palms of hand and shape into cresents.
Bake at 325 degrees until light brown.
Roll cookies in powdered sugar while still hot
