Ma's Turkey Dressing
5 or 6 Chicken Buillion desolved
1/2 Celery Bunch chopped
Med onion chopped
3 small baskets of Mushrooms
Sage
Giblets
Bread
Desolve Chicken buillion and refrigerate overnight.
Chop celery, onion and saute in butter
Ma's Pamooskies
1 1/2 cup Scalded Milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbls Butter
1 packet of dry Yeast
1/2 cup Lukewarm water
3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups Flour
12 Apples
Pour scalded milk into mixing bowl, add salt and butter, cool to lukewarm. Desolve yeast in lukewarm water. Beat eggs, sugar until fluffy, then add cooled milk mixture. Add yeast mixture, flour and apples. Mix well.
Set aside in a warm place for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Donot mix after rising.
Drop heaping spoons full into hot oil. Fry until golden then remove drain and dust with powdered suger.
